It's simple. We have a 60-day no-questions-asked return policy. This gives you the chance to test-drive your new product or bundle for 60 days after the date of your purchase to make sure you love it. If you don't, we'll take it back for a full-refund. Every time. We even pay for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, you'll need to return every part, screw, bracket, etc. that was included in your bundle or product box. Makes sense, right? Lol.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, that'll slow things down for sure!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Honestly, we only reject returns if all the contents of your purchase aren't returned. It's pretty simple to get approved. Just return everything in the condition you received it.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund purchases that have already occurred for prior or new promotions and sales.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We'd be happy to handle an exchange and we'll pay for shipping both ways! If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different item, complete the return/exchange process above.
We handle the warranty process on most products we sell. On some rare occasions we work through the manufacturer, but we'll always ride shotgun with you throughout the process.

We are aware there are orders outstanding. Rest assured that your order has not been missed nor forgotten. A worldwide microchip shortage and other pandemic-related challenges have slowed the supply of products in many industries, including electronics. We're sorry for this problem and are working with our manufacturers to replenish stock and fill backorders. Our advisors and support reps have no extra info on when we expect this item.

Unfortunately, these things are completely out of our control. Once your order ships you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email stating your order is on the way with TRACKING INFORMATION. If you have not received this email, your order is still in fulfillment que and is working its way up the list.
Due to the fluid nature of the supply chain at this time, Fat Head Cycles CAN NOT provide ETAs on bundles that have yet to ship as many times we are simply waiting on one small part or another to complete the package.
